2. Trusted Expert ("you", "your", or "Service Provider"), an individual or entity listing products or services on the MineTrade platform.

1. Service Provision

1. Listing: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about the products or services ("Offerings") you intend to list on MineTrade. All listings must comply with our platform's content guidelines and legal requirements.

2. Approval: We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing from our platform at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with our policies or legal issues.

2. Listing Rules

1. Compliance: Listings must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to commerce, consumer protection, and environmental regulations.

2. Prohibited Items: You must not list items or services that are illegal, hazardous, or otherwise prohibited by our platform's rules, which are available at [insert link if applicable].

3. Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all descriptions, images, and information provided are accurate and not misleading.

3. Pricing

1. Setting Prices: You have the freedom to set the prices for your Offerings, but prices must be competitive and reflect true market value.

2. Currency: All prices must be listed in USD unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Discounts and Promotions: Any discounts or promotional offers must be clearly indicated and must not mislead customers.

4. Platform Fees

1. Listing Fee: A fee may be charged for listing your Offerings on MineTrade. The fee structure will be communicated to you before you list your Offering.

2. Transaction Fee: We will charge a commission on each transaction completed through the platform. The commission rate will be agreed upon in writing before you start selling.

3. Payment Processing: Payment for fees will be processed through our designated payment gateways. You authorize us to deduct fees directly from transaction proceeds.

5. Dispute Resolution

1. Customer Disputes: You are responsible for resolving any disputes with customers regarding the products or services provided. We may assist in mediation but are not liable for outcomes.

2. Platform Disputes: Any disputes between you and MineTrade will first be subject to negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in London under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

6. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: You retain ownership of the intellectual property in your listings but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting MineTrade.

2. Infringement: You agree not to list any Offerings that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

7. Termination

1. By Lister: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the platform and informing us in writing.

2. By MineTrade: We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any terms herein or if we, at our sole discretion, decide to remove your listings or access to the platform.

8. Confidentiality

1. Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information received from the other party, except as required by law or with the other party's consent.

9. Amendments

1. We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
